South Hams Lifestyles is a registered charity offering vital help and assistance to people with disabilities who live in the towns and villages of the South Hams area of Devon. Our office is in Totnes, but we help people in Dartmouth, Kingsbridge, Ivybridge and South Brent and all surrounding areas.
It was originally set up in 1998 by people with disabilities, who met together to discuss their problems and find solutions. So, we started as a self-help group, and that ethos exists today. Since then the Charity has expanded and now offers a range of services. We help people with, literally, anything which improves the quality of people’s lives and enables them to live the life of their choice.
